Extremely poor and rude service. I have ordered two items (urgently needed) from this webshop via bol.com. They’re a seller on Bol.com. In another words, e-carnavalskleding.nl lists their products on bol.com and they are responsible for order fulfillment. Here is my experience: One item is cancelled by them without informing me. Simply they do not keep their inventory up to date. You see the product is available in the web shop but that is not the case. so rude that they don't even feel sorry or try to offer an alternative product.

They are very UN-flexible if it comes to returning items. The suit I ordered did not fit - and I could not return it because I had the suit receipt delivered at the address of my employer in stead of my home address. \this makes you a \commercial client\ and we do not accept any commercial returns\ was their reply. NO I am not, I am a private client: something they can actually see because the payment is done privately and I entered my private email address with the order. And something they confirmed on the phone \but we just cant help you\. Really non-human and non-flexible customer service. I would NEVER buy anything at this shop again and would recommend you to do the same.
